Melissa Curley is Senior Lecturer in International Relations in the Department of Political Science and International Studies, University of Queensland. Her research interests include Southeast Asian politics and international relations, Cambodian politics, and non-traditional security in East Asia, including trafficking in persons and migrant smuggling, child exploitation issues, and health/pandemic disease. She has published on these topics across International Relations, Political Science and Law, including in: Review of International Studies, Australian Journal of International Affairs, Journal of Law and Society, Bond Law Review, and the Australian Journal of Human Rights. She is currently working on a book manuscript on Governing Civil Society in Cambodia.
