Kun-Lu Wu is Deputy Director of Citizen Congress Watch (CCW), a renowned parliament watchdog NGO in Taiwan. He serves as Associate Professor, and Chair of Department of Public Affairs and Administration, Ming Chuan University in Taiwan.
Representing Yin Hai-Kuang Foundation, Taiwan’s most important liberalism movement organization to participate in CCW, Wu is also Chair of Directors of Board. The Foundation took over the operation and maintenance of Professor Yin’s former residence in memory of this pioneering liberal scholar who with his critical articles stood up bravely against the then-authoritarian regime in Taiwan.
Currently Wu is a member of the editorial board of the Thought and Words: Journal of the Humanities and Social Sciences, which is Taiwan’s longest-standing academic journal of its kind.
